Come enjoy Shakespeare in Detroit's return to professional programming with The Complete Works of William Shakespeare Abridged/Revised, directed by Reduced Shakespeare Company's Reed Martin.

Experience the Bard's entire canon in only 75-minutes!

This is the perfect show, great for ALL AGES, and for those who may be new to Shakespeare or those who have already fallen in love with his plays. The comedic twists—from a fresh, modern lens—will have you bursting at the seams with laughter.

The event takes place inside the proscenium theater in the Liberal Arts building at the former Marygrove College, now the Marygrove Conservancy. General seating is located on the main floor of the theater. The first row of the theater will remain empty, except possibly for two ushers, for the safety of the performers.

Free, secure parking onsite.

A vaccination card or a PCR COVID-19 test (taken within 72 hours of your attendance at the event) must be presented at the door. MASKS MUST BE WORN DURING THE ENTIRE PERFORMANCE, PLEASE.

This event is a co-production with African-American Shakespeare Company (based in San Francisco, California) and is sponsored by the Community Foundation of Southeast Michigan and the Knight Foundation.

NOTE: The Show runs May 18 thru May 29, 2022. Please ensure you are choosing the date you want to attend when purchasing tickets.
